I have always been influenced by the food around me. My earliest memories are of my family gathered in the kitchen, stirring and stewing-- preparing the most amazing meals for gatherings, big and small. Family is everything to us and food is an essential part of how we celebrate. The first cake I ever made was for my aunt's birthday-- a peaches and whip cream delight. After finishing high school, I was fortunate to attend The Culinary Institute of America in New York (where I would meet my future husband!). I graduated with an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. I have since made it my mission to hone my craft in my sweet creations. I am deeply passionate about the artistry that goes behind each cake and confection and it is my absolute joy being a part of my clients' special celebrations.
